  • Is there adequate parking ?
    Yes! We have on-site parking and overflow parking across the street, making it very easy to access our building.
  • Can I join my party without participating in the tea experience?
    Unfortunately, all guests seated in our dining room must participate in the afternoon tea experience to maintain a consistent service for all.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Any deposits made are non-refundable and nontransferable, regardless of any updates to your party size. The afternoon tea experience is non-refundable. However, we do allow a one-time reschedule if requested prior to the day of your reservation. You can notify us within 24 hours if someone is not showing up for reservation and you will not be charged; otherwise, you will need to pay for it and can take food to go.

  • Where are you located?
    204 W. Poplar St., Griffin, Ga. 30224 We are centrally located in Georgia and make a great spot for family & friends gathering across the SE.
  • Do you have Children's Tea Experiences

  • Are reservations required?
    Reservations are encouraged but not required - while reservations take priority, we accept walk-ins based on availability. If we have space available, we would welcome you and your party right in! If we happen to be at capacity, we will reserve your party for a later time that is available.
  • What is a tea experience?
    The tea experience is where we serve miniature versions of traditional English tea foods with an Emerald twist! Our menu changes with the seasons, and is all pre-determined by the house.
  • Do you offer nut-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, or vegan options for my diet?
    We do offer nut-free, dairy-free or vegan options and gluten-free as long as we know in advance of reservation. However, we are not a Gluten Free Kitchen. Macarons are gluten-free. Please note that our Creamy Chicken Wild Rice Soup is not Gluten-Free.
  • Do you have an age restriction?
    No, We offer children’s tea experiences and love seeing children learn etiquette and develop their palettes.
  • How can I book a private event?

  • How long is a reservation?
    Tea Experiences are 1 1/2 hours. If you need longer than 1 1/2 hours, you can rent a room for $250 and get 3 1/2 hours.
  • Can I bring a cake for a celebration?

  • What are your hours?
    Wednesday thru Saturday 10am to 5pm. Lunch is served 11am to 3pm. Breakfast Tea Experience reservations start at 9:30am and end at 11:00am. All Other Tea Experiences reservations start at 11am and end at 4pm.
  • What if I am running late/stuck in traffic?
    We understand that sometimes delays happen. We offer a 15-minute grace period for all reservations. Please note that arriving late will cut into your 1.5-hour experience. If you anticipate being late, we kindly ask that you give us a call or tex prior to your reservation time. This way, we can discuss the possibility of rescheduling for another time or date to ensure you have the full experience you deserve. Our phone number is: 678.338.8363
  • What is the dress attire?
    We recommend business casual to dressy. A nice shirt with jeans is fine.
  • What do you offer for church groups, gardening clubs, book clubs and other large groups.
    We offer groups a special group menu that is $32.10 per person which includes food, tax and gratuity. Guests must either pay in advance or the group coordinator will collect everyone’s money in advance and pay one bill. We can not accommodate individual checks with large groups.
  • What if I don't want to eat ? Can I still come in and sit with my party?
    We require all guests to participate in the dining experience to maintain the ambiance and quality of service.
